Before you write it

Postings are reviewed by a person, and what makes one match well is specific rather than mysterious. The guidelines cover what to name in a posting and the reasons one might not be published.

What we will not do

  • We do not sell candidate contact details, and we never will. You will not receive a list of people to email.
  • We do not hand you anyone's CV or contact details. Matching happens on our side, and a candidate reaches you by choosing to apply through your own link. Anything beyond that is theirs to share, not ours to give.
  • We do not let anyone pay to rank higher. A match score is computed from the role and the CV, and nothing else moves it.
  • We do not publish a role we cannot confirm is workable from Georgia. That is a real check, and it is why the form asks where the work happens.
