What Michi does for you

Michi reads a candidate's CV and scores it against your role on skills and tools, then shows your posting to the people it genuinely fits. You get a published posting and counts for your own role. You do not get a candidate database, and there is nothing here to search through.

Your account

Keep your details accurate and your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from your account. Tell us at help@michi.ge if you think someone else has access to it.

What you may post

A real, currently open, paid role that you are authorised to advertise. Describe it accurately, including where the work happens and what the work is. Do not post the same role repeatedly, and do not use a posting to collect CVs for a role that does not exist.

Do not post anything unlawful, and do not discriminate on grounds protected by law. Requirements should be about the work.

We review every posting, and we may decline one

A person reads every posting before it goes live. We may decline a posting, or unpublish one already live, if it breaks these terms or if we cannot confirm the work is open to people in Georgia. If we decline one, reply to your confirmation email and we will tell you why. The posting guidelines set out what that review looks for, before you write it.

Postings also expire over time so the board stays current, and you can close one yourself whenever the role is filled.

Ranking is not for sale

A match is computed from your role and a candidate's CV, and nothing else moves it. There is no payment, no placement and no arrangement that will rank your role higher than the match deserves. This is not a policy we reserve the right to quietly change: if it ever did change, it would not be Michi.

What you receive, and what you do not

For your own posting you see how many people matched and how many applied. That is the whole of it.

Michi does not hand you anyone's CV or contact details, and we do not sell candidate data to anyone. Matching happens on our side. A candidate reaches you by choosing to apply through your own link, or by explicitly opting in to share their profile with you. Either way it is their decision, and what they send you then is theirs to share, not ours to give.

Applicant data that reaches you

When someone applies through your link, you receive their application directly from them. Use it to consider them for that role, keep it only as long as you need it, and handle it in line with the data-protection law that applies to you. Do not sell it, and do not add applicants to marketing lists they did not ask for.

Your posting stays yours

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to display it on Michi, to format it for the site, and to score it against CVs so it can be matched. That permission ends when the posting comes down, apart from ordinary backups and records.

Price

Posting is free while we build this out. If that changes we will tell you first, and it will never apply to a role you have already posted.

No guarantee

We do not promise applicants, a hire, or any particular number of matches. A role with few matching candidates will get few, and we would rather tell you that than pad it out with people who do not fit.

Ending it

You can stop using Michi and close your postings at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.

Liability

Michi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses arising from your use of the site, for hiring decisions you make, or for the conduct of candidates who apply to you. Hiring is your decision and your responsibility.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. When we do, we will update the date below; continuing to use Michi means you accept the updated terms.
