What Michi does

Michi reads your CV and shows you jobs that fit your background. It is a matching tool - whether to apply to any job is always your choice. There is more on the About page.

What we do with your CV

We never sell your data, and we never share your CV or profile with an employer or recruiter unless you explicitly opt in. Today Michi is candidate-only - matching happens on our side, and applying to a job is always your decision. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy notice.

Your responsibilities

• The information you upload is truthful and yours to share. Please do not upload someone else's CV or personal data without their permission.
• Use Michi for its purpose - finding jobs for yourself. Do not try to break, overload, copy, or misuse the site, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

No guarantee

A match is an indication of fit, not a promise. Michi does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment, and a match score is not a judgment of you as a professional.

Availability and changes

We provide Michi as it is, and we may change, pause, or remove features as the service grows. We aim to keep it running but cannot promise uninterrupted access.

Signing in

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so you are responsible for access to that email account. We may suspend access that abuses the site or these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Michi is not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses arising from your use of the site, or for the actions of third parties such as employers you choose to apply to.

Your content stays yours

Your CV and the information in it remain yours. You can delete them at any time from your profile page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. When we do, we will update the date below; continuing to use Michi means you accept the updated terms.
