What we collect
- Your CV - and the skills, experience, and education we read from it.
- Your email address - only if you give it, to sign you in.
- Basic usage analytics, to improve the site.
What we never do
- We never sell your data - to anyone, ever.
- We never share your CV or profile with an employer or recruiter unless you explicitly opt in (Michi is candidate-only today).
- We never make an automated decision about you beyond showing matches.
- AI only reads your CV to extract skills - it does not score or judge you.
Who can see it
You can. So can the small set of service providers that run the site on our behalf (for CV analysis, email, analytics, and hosting) - they act only on our instructions. The providers are listed in the Privacy notice.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it, or until your account has been inactive for 180 days - after which it is removed automatically. Your data is stored in the European Union.
You stay in control
You can delete your CV, profile, and matches at any time from your profile page. We confirm by email, then remove everything permanently.
If a CV was uploaded without your consent and is not yours to delete, you can ask us to remove it from the remove my CV page. No account needed.
